This was my first experience going to this location. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out it was quick, efficient and prompt. I appreciate the ladies who greeted me while walking in and checking me in, to the technician who conducted my tests quickly and assisted with my appointment with my exam.
Coming from a business owner perspective in experience, I spoke with this company on three different occasions about the same appointment. First I got through and made the appointment which was cool. The second time I spoke with them. A representative called me at 10 o'clock. To tell me that my 10:20 appointment was canceled. Because the systems were down. The Vision Works Team Members were attentive to my needs and all of my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable of the products. They were really to assist each time I visited the store three times in one week. Looking forward to next year's eye examine and purchases.
