Excellent customer service!
Great customer service by Daisha. She was extremely helpful with confirming our insurance and what would be covered for the glasses. Also, there was the need to have the prescription updated due to a diabetic episode, and she listened to my concerns and pointed me in the right direction with my options. The optometrist provided excellent care and explained everything thoroughly.
Great experience! Daisha is extremely kind and helpful as we navigated looking up the insurance for Tricare veterans and gave us the specific amounts of coverage to help me decide the perfect eye wear within my budget.
I’ve been going here for 3 years. Every year the service is top notch.
