Dr. Brooks was great. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The techs in the front gave me plenty of time to find my glasses and didn't harass me as I reviewed my options.

At a time when good customer service very seldom exists it is refreshing to experience being helped by people who care and acknowledge your value. This Visionworks is generally busy but takes time with their customers and gives perfect service.
Dr Brooks made me want to Return due to awesome customer svcs & eye advice I’ll be purchasing 71.00 for bifocals so I can read books, pcs, & electronic devices. Unfortunately the glasses must be returned due to two different bill amounts. 100 day guarantee. It’s the billing dept. In Dallas Tx wait time is long & securas another billing dept.
