I’m horrible at making decisions, especially when it comes to getting new glasses. I had about seven pair that I was trying to decide between and we got it narrowed down to two and Stephanie helped me decide on the final pair that I chose. She was very nice and spent time with me helping me decide what I needed.
I would recommend setting up online accounts for patients with the prescriptions already populated. I spent about a half hour trying to order online and failed. So I just called in and ordered the same glasses I had last time. P.s. im house bound due to physical issues so going to the brick store was not feasible to replace a lost pair of glasses. My appointment was on time. The doctor and staff were very thorough and informative . It felt like they cared and made me feel comfortable.
The representative did a great job explaining my prescription options and was very patient and professional.
