I had an appointment yesterday at this location and at first it was fine. The eye doctor was extremely friendly and very useful. But the receptionist was incompetent. I told her what my insurance was and she had me call my insurance company twice to confirm that I had insurance. (Which I do) but for some reason she couldn’t find it she called the insurance company after I was there over 30 minutes talking to them and the insurance company sent over my paperwork and she still wouldn’t accept that.
