routine eye exam went well, Jullie did a great job. They got me in immediately for my scheduled appointment and I was out within 40 minutes (~10 of which was waiting for my eyes to dilate)
I would recommend my family my friends to this visionworks by the Target center on Kipling because the staff is outstanding and very well helpful and gives you the feeling that you like being there makes it very comfortable to be part of that team
I had an awesome experience for my yearly exam. Ariel was working this evening and she is the most kind, and generous person to work in customer service !! So shout out to Ariel for attending me and having The best customer skills you can ask for. It was super fast. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes
I initially went to this store because I figured a bigger brand name store would have more to choose from for glasses frames, etc. What I didn’t expect was to find a place that feels like a small, family-owned shop. The same people I first met 2-1/2 years ago are still there, and they are like old friends. I sometimes will just stop by to say hi and have some laughs. The staff and doctor are also very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I highly recommend this store to anyone.
Place makes own Hours, closed at 4:45 pm and hours are posted till 6:30 pm. Waited for 25 minutes , knocked and called but to no avail.
