Often times us humans are quick to complain but I am taking the time out to recognize Boris who works at this Visionworks location of 18100 NW 57th Ave in Hialeah. Not only a breath of fresh air but so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Very impressed as customer service these days is horrible. Thank you Boris for all the great work and for the wonderful experience!! Our family appreciates it!!!!! 5 Stars!!

Customer service was PERFECT! First time getting glasses for my son and Boris gave us an exceptional service even though the store was crazy busy. This location was very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this location and this store to friends and family:)
