The Visionworks Lab seems to use unskilled labor. They made up the wrong glasses for me twice (1. wrong frame, 2. wrong lens material) and then they still seemed incorrectly ground such that there was an abrupt change in Rx although they were progressives (my 2nd pair were ok). It took more than two months to get the glasses and then I just gave up rather than try to get a correctly made pair. The buy 1 get 2 was also a rip off.
