I highly recommend the danada square location for new or old glasses users. I had bought a pair of my first ever glasses at the Danada Square location. Always felt welcomed and overall great customer service and I just went back for my second Pair! All the workers are very helpful and kind. Overall 5/5 stars! I had a bad experience at a different location of Visionworks, (Carol Stream, which is closer) but when Reyman the manager at Danada, heard my story, he made it right. He was very apologetic about the rudeness and insults about my choice in glasses I received from the other location. He upgraded me and then personally called me a couple times to give updates and to let me know when the new pair was ready for pickup. He’s very personable and down to earth. Thank you Reyman.
I always have the best experience at this VisionWorks! The staff there is amazing and they take time to always listen and work hard to get the job done. They are timely, caring, and attentive to what is needed. Very, very happy with their service!! This is my new favorite eye place for sure.
Highly recommend this amazing team at the Danada Square Visionworks! Staff is very personable and inviting. They also have an amazing selection of frames. Easiest time I’ve ever had making an appointment. 10/10 keep being amazing guys!
