I seen Dr.Khan! She was amazing and explained everything throughly!
I've been going to VisionWorks for a few years, and they're great. Today was an unexpected visit. One of the screws fell out of my frame, and my lens was coming out. I went over to the store (Danada Square East), and the manager, Rehman, found the right size screw and fixed my frames right away, no charge. Even if I had an emergency fix kit of my own, I can't see without my glasses on, so I wouldn't have been able to do this for myself anyway. I am super grateful for this service. Thank you!
The doctor was phenomenal! She explained everything and completely answered all of my questions. I had a great experience at the store. However, the phone system is not good. Trying to get through to the store to speak to an associate was very frustrating. I had trouble. Then after many tries, I finally got through to a person. Please fix the automated system.
