Horrible experience! My glasses had to be done three separate times and they still could not get my prescription correct, even after having two eye exams. Never again! Save yourself time and go elsewhere for your prescription glasses.
The office staff is very friendly and happy to assist. The optician worked hard to get me the best price for my glasses and patiently answered my many questions. I am always pleased to work with this office.
Went to go in to deplete my FSA and they are always helpful here, making sure to help me stay in range with budget. Everyone is really nice, friendly and courteous and they always make the process of buying contacts or glasses very easy.
All I would say about the experinces that I had have in Visionworks on 12/13/25 was Absolutely awsome because all the associated stafffs at that store treated me with great personel and Professional.
I drove 40 minutes from my home to come to this location solely based on the radiant reviews I saw on Google. I can attest that the service was well worth the drive! Both Charles and Hancock were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I walked in without an appointment during a busy hour and they still managed to make me feel well cared for.
