The manager at this location has excellent customer service and truly takes care of each customer no matter how busy it gets. I did not get his name but he wear glasses. Very thankful for all his help and I will continue to come her for my eyeglasses needs. I highly recommend this place for your eye care/ checkup.
We ended up coming in 20 minutes late and staff tried their best to fit us in as soon as possible, the staff was extremely nice even payed for my eye scan for us waiting so long. I love this location and ill definitely come here from now on for all my eye care!
THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO if you want great glasses and amazing customer service. Its a long review. Whether you read it or not, thats up to you. Just know that this is the place to go. I just left there and if you are reading this review to see if you should try them…run don’t walk! From the minute you enter you know you are in good hands. Rehman and Charles greet you with a smile and get all of the paperwork and preliminary tests completed with ease. Friendly conversation flows freely and they know their stuff. Dr. Khan was particularly attentive to my light sensitivity, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of everyone involved.
