I was looking for someplace new because my doc stopped taking my insurance. I saw visionworks as I was driving by and stopped. They gave me the information I needed and I was able to set up an appointment. The doc was great.
It was the professional behavior by all that impressed me first. Secondly all questions were answered in a kind and welcoming manner. The Doctor was great too as was the general manager who gave me an appointment on the spot , I did not have to make a second trip.
I had a great experience. Eye exam was very easy and the doctor was informative. Frame purchase was simple and quick. Prices were very competitive.
My experience was exceptional today. The Dr was nice and knowledgeable. Charles was helpful and a new girl and the store Manager all had a hand in my experience today!! New glasses and contacts on the way, I'm so excited!
