Hours for Saturday are different than on their website. I could have been in the door an hour earlier. Had to wait at least an hour until the one employee helping customers ordering glasses was available. Two employees were sitting behind a desk checking in people who were there for an exam. They were not able to assist with ordering glasses.
I wanted to get some glasses repaired but they didn't qualify for their repair process because I hadn't purchased the actual frames from them, only the lenses. I was also due for a vision exam. They got me in within 3 hours. I got my glasses ordered and out pretty quickly. Very friendly and accommodating
My first experience could not have been any better.
This is a great place to get you're glasses. Aaron and Soche both helped me pick out my glasses. They are so friendly and helpful. I will be coming back there .They also have a nice selection to pick from.
