Nice people, helpful, kept up with appointment time.
This place rescheduled my boyfriend several times without proper notice. For my appointment today I did not get any sort of notification so showed up only to be turned away at the door saying the system is not working. Then the employee claims she just texted me 5 minutes ago? Five minutes ago would have been the start of my appointment and I did not get a text. Don't waste your time here. They would love to waste it
Seems like a theme here - Doctor no-shows. I had the first appointment cancelled because no doctor with a call the day before. Then, the second was cancelled when I got there because doctor didn't show. My last appointment was mostly video (which sucked). Then my order was delayed for a couple weeks. Yeah, Bye. Kicker is, I have to go into get my prescription so I'll have to slog back over one last time.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment there for several weeks now. The first one was rescheduled because the system was down. I’ll give them that, there’s no way to predict such inconvenience. Second appointment was canceled the day of because the doctor called out. Mind you, I rescheduled that appointment on the website PER their availability after my first appointment was canceled.
