Poor business practices. I went with health insurance and they told me I needed to pay for an eye scan. Once I was in the room with the doctor, I asked and she said that was optional. They are not positioning the service as such.
The staff here are friendly, welcoming and caring. I get my annual eye exam done here as they take VSP insurance and I love that they have the retinal scan option so I don’t have to get my eyes dilated. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Denyse Ramesar today and she’s 10/10! Professional, kind and gives great advice and complements! I have never enjoyed an eye exam so much. She took time to explain my eyesight and what to keep doing and what to avoid. Thank you to the entire team today at Visionworks! See you next year. ♥️
The store manager,Jessie was amazing! She went the extra mile to find the best value for my eye wear needs. I picked up my glasses and they work excellent! I recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam or glasses 🤓
We visited Vision works to get scratched glasses replaced. Mark was incredible to work with. He cleaned and tightened one pair of glasses that still were usable without charge or request. He also found a way to make the purchase of her glasses very affordable. We will be back and recommend you give them a try. Thank you Mark for your great work.
