Vision works located on El Dorado in McKinney has an exceptional customer service team! Kudos to Stephanie, the store manager always prompt very attentive! I appreciate her customer interaction. My recent visit to pick up my glasses was far from pleasant. Upon entering the store, I was met with an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming. The staff members seemed disinterested and unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable right away. When I politely asked one of the employees to adjust the frames, their response was surprisingly dismissive. Great customer service.
I was so frustrated today 07/06/2026. I went to pick up my glasses at the office on 3705 University Dr. When the young women gave me the case with glasses, I have noticed that the color amber i ordered with the defence of blur light, was not amber, it was clear. I tried to ask the person who was serving me , but she was so abrasive and told me basically I did not order that color and I don't know what I am talking about. My experience @ vision works was a very enjoyable experience. We were welcomed in and allowed to browse through the frames at our own pace. All questions were answered with a smile 😃 Will be returning.
