I was acknowledged when I entered the store and I felt valued. I informed the woman what I needed and she heard what I wanted.
Vision works has always provided great care for me at great prices, sometimes even better than my insurance! The staff is extremely helpful, professional and friendly and it’s the only place I trust with my glasses.
Great customer service! They even fixed my old pair of glasses. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Friendly service at this location. Thought it might would have went along way, if was offered a possible solution to a issue from a Vision Works store at a different location concerning failed quality of a expensive product. Overall pleasant experience with tending associate.
