Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the worst customer service from Maya. Summary points of our experience: 1. Received incorrect prescription lenses 2. Refused to verify or correct an error. 3. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional conduct. 4. Misinformation regarding FSA refunds, causing money loss to the customer. 5. A manager displaying lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service standards representing Visionworks is something any customer would ever expect!
