The staff acts like they don’t wanna talk to you, no matter you are picking up or ordering glasses. Every time I ask a question, they are so inpatient. Horrible experience and extremely inflated prices to get your insurance money. Won’t make the mistake to visit any Vision Works in the future for sure
Been coming here for a while now, my self and my kiddos and every time my insurance has been great and covered everything outside of getting the prescription. And this time she tells me my frame it’s self is no but I just brought my son here last week and did the same thing and it was covered. When asked for the break down on why I would be charged she sounded so rude by saying your insurance will only cover the frame…. Ummm what then the other workers all these year been giving me free lenses and frames all these years. So ... read more
The employees were pleasant & professional. They took their time to explain the pricing & the process. I did not feel rushed or obligated to purchase anything and they took time to answer my questions. Overall, wonderful experience given that I have not had to wear/purchase glasses in 22 years (Lasik).
Dr.Jeremy is the best..... his prognosis and optometric skills are awesome... staff at this visionworks location provide outstanding service...
