We had a wonderful experience at Visionworks. Our person who helped us find new glasses was Tristan and he was very professional and did such a good job taking care of us. Will definitely use them again.
The two guys that work at Vision Works in Olive Branch are always a great vibe! I think this is our 4th or 5th year at this location and we always get EXCELLENT customer service from them. I can’t call their names but one has a dope red beard the other has a dope black one. Keep giving out those positive vibes fellas……. We love it and them!
I came in to the Oli e Branch location to have new glasses adjusted. Was greeted as i arrived.Had a slight wait as both techs were with other customers, so i shopped around. As soon as he finished he didn't delay, and invited me to his station. After adjusting, I was still having discomfort with nose pad and inquired about the 100 day guarantee, to swap from metal frame to plastic. Other customers had arrived and were waiting. Visionworks has a great selection of frames at a reasonable range of costs. They were helpful with frame selection after finding out what I liked most with my old frames. They researched what was the most reasonable option for me.
