I love my glasses from here. The associates always go above and beyond to answer questions and help with insurance. This location is my favorite.
Rude people. Turn around on product is IMPOSSIBLY long and they can't even be bothered to call when what you've paid for does finally arrive from wherever they order it from. What a joke. They might pretend to care if you're there for the first time paying cash but, if your in there for warranty work you're going to get treated like you're some kind of beggar off the street. Way over priced and they are incredibly slow. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Gabriel was the best from start to finish! Great customer service, personality and just overall exceptional service…This will definitely be our go to Visionworks💕
