Staff members (Coleen and Victor) are very helpful and accommodating. The doctor is also nice and takes time to explain things for you.
I was able to schedule a vision exam appointment over the weekend on short notice. There was a short wait time to see the doctor. Efficient process from start to finish. The doctor examination was thorough, and she happily answered all my questions. Everyone had a pleasant demeanor. I’m still waiting to receive my new glasses, but so far so good

The manager and her assistant were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. And, they offer a 50% discount on Ray-Ban sunglasses for AARP members!
’ve been to other Visionworks locations, but none have matched the professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service I received from Colleen at this location. She truly went above and beyond! I’ll be moving my entire family to this location from now on.
