too long of wait even with appointment and staff do not want to help you. Supervisors also not willing to talk to you to resolve long wait issue
I have been a customer for at least 20 years in Garden City New York. The first problem occurred when I went for my appointment. No one told me which glasses frames were covered. As a result I wasted time looking at frames not in my plan. Then I was told I could only get about 10$ back on the frames I chose and the total cost would be $1000. They offer no customer support. Lost my order. Again. Online chat is a bot that offers no help. Employees have no clue how to do their jobs!
I love the designer frame selection and the price is very competitive!
Definitely going to Visionworks for all my future eyewear needs…. Got my daughter 3 pair of designer glasses for $141… then got me a pair for $15… I normally pay over $200 for one pair! Thanks Visionworks and Thanks Heather for the awesome customer service!
Every single person that works there is so incredibly nice. They take the time to explain charges, make recommendations, and treat you like a person rather than just a customer. Special shout-out to Douglas who was a pleasure to talk to and work with for my new frames.
