I contacted this store in advance and explained that I had a prescription and wanted to come in and look at some frames. I asked if an appointment was necessary due to COVID and was told that if I do not need to see the doctor and just wanted to look at frames I could come in at any time just wear a mask and have your prescription. I then came over about 45 minutes later and once I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment.
