Hands down the most unprofessional 'dr appt' experience I've ever had of any kind all the way around!! Do not waste your time emailing 'customer service' either!!
There are so many problems with this store. First, they don't give you your entire prescription when you ask for it. They give you part if your prescription so you can't order glasses online. I paid for the eye exam and I want the full diagnosis. Pretty basic. Secondly, they are severely understaffed. There are always about 10 customers and maybe 3 staff members.
