RecommendedI was in the market to get new glasses and change lens on my sunglasses.Went to the Spring location on Cypresswood Court. I met up with Bradlen and she really took good care of me. I had to have gone through dozen or so glasses before I picked the best one and Bradlen helped in choosing them and telling me if they looked good or not. Very special lady and I am very pleased with my selection of glasses. I would recommend seeing Bradlen any time in the Spring store. Service was incredible and so welcoming!

GREAT customer service! Siranna S. is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the frames and products they offer. She is quick and precise and extremely helpful. Miss Sandy B is yet another great asset as she is great backup and helpful. These ladies work well in tandem and I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with them!
Horrible customer service. Employees can't even tell the difference between lens types. Oh and they apparently don't have the time to call when your frames come in but they go out of their way to make excuses.
