If I could give zero stars I would. I started coming to the Easton location at 4142 Seward St. in Columbus, Ohio because it was close to my home. I knew nothing previously about the doctor or their reception. For the past two years, I have received text messages, emails, and paper mail informing me that I am overdue for my annual visit.
