I just left this store because three employees were bad mouthing a female customer that had just left the store. Very unprofessional! They weren’t even trying to whisper. It was two women doing the talking and telling a younger male associate about the customer’s past alleged antics. Even if the customer is a jerk, you don’t talk like that in front of other customers...basic customer service common sense! Had the worst possible experience in Narragansett, RI. Went in to get new sunglasses and prescription glasses. According to policy because my prescription is over a year old I needed to have an eye exam. Took advantage of the buy one get one promotion still came out to nearly $600. It’s been a month since the process started still have not received my glasses. Terrible customer service you call and just get put on hold forever. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
