Dropped off glasses for a nose pad and screw replacement which should take five minutes.Was told it will be and hour go shop and eat somewhere and come back and they will be ready.They weren’t ready for five hours.Nuff said.Won’t ever get glasses here again.Don’t tell me one hour if it’s going to be longer I’d rather know up front the real time frame.
