A hour past my appointment still waiting the staff that’s here acts like they wish they weren’t !! Hope they can do a good job at least ;-/ grrrr
My Daughter just went there today, the receptionist looked at her, laughed and said the optometrist wasn't there. Is that a great VisionWorks customer service? She already suffers from low self esteem.

Tynesha/Tyresha her name was something like that...rude rude rude and rude. Called to check the status of my glasses, she smacked her lips when I told her why I was calling; them took my name and left me on hold for over 20 minutes. Rude....my husband keeps telling me customer service has changed, BS, take some pride in what you do and if you don’t like what you do find something else to do. Just RUDE
Very slow and unprofessional. Couldn't really get help!
