Rude ppl! Just went in to get my glasses fixed and omg “everything is by apt only”, so rude! I mean literally would have taken a sec! My friend who recommended I go to them was shocked! She stated she won’t recommend them again! Very rude, and aggressive.... stay away.

I had an appt last week with Dr. Melissa Butler. I highly recommend her. I live in Greenfield and I went there to get my prescription renewed. She is so good that my eyes have actually improved. I would travel many miles for her expertise. However, I cannot recommend all of the customer service people. I received a call yesterday 8/4 that my contact lenses were ready. Horrible customer service and no communications during COVID-19. I will no longer do business with them
Terrible experience, employees and manager very rude.
Great crew working today. I must say I was impressed with how well everything went from being the first appointment of the day to getting a breakdown of how to use my insurance to the max and save as much as possible on my new glasses then walking out with them. They had my lenses in stock and had everything all ready for me in a little over an hour. If you have Davis vision insurance this place is for you. You have the entire store of frames to choose from. Not just a small section like some places have.
I recently had to buy my first pair of glasses. I went to a few different stores in the Hadley amherst area and couldn't find the right fit. I found that vision works was very patient as I was being very particular and fast and had great customer service!! Their staff was a winner as well as their selection of eyeglasses.
