My son is a person with Autism and I wanted to briefly share how impressed I was with Dr. Roma & Gregory the Technician who gave my son his exam and fitted his glasses. They could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. They treated him as directly and atypical as I could have wished while understanding his needs. I highly recommend this Visionworks location.
Appointment was at 4:00P.M. Spent a total of two hours in the store for a 10 min vision exam. Would have been spent longer had I not spoken up. Waited all this time for a piece of paper to say I am good to go… And to top it off, this caused me to get caught in the rain and I am on crutches. Typing this as I am now stuck inside my car in a rainstorm and cannot get out because of my current disability. Should have been back home! Highly, highly irritated and annoyed!
The gentlemen in charge was so helpful with the issue I had. He was so friendly. I had a great visit.

On February 14th, I purchased a pair of glasses and was informed that they would be ready for pickup within approximately two weeks, by February 28th. However, when I visited the store on March 6th to collect my order, I was informed that the glasses were not available. Additionally, I noticed that the order status had inexplicably changed from “shipped” to “pending.” I attempted multiple times to contact the store by phone for clarification, but unfortunately, no one ever answered.
