I have been waiting for my glasses for 12 days. Calling the location is useless, so I go to the Annapolis Jennifer Rd branch and my glasses have not been sent to a lab for processing. They are in the same desk drawer they were put in by the person reviewing my order. She said she tried to call me, in 12 days you tried to call me without leaving a single message.
