I have been waiting for my glasses for 12 days. Calling the location is useless, so I go to the Annapolis Jennifer Rd branch and my glasses have not been sent to a lab for processing. They are in the same desk drawer they were put in by the person reviewing my order. She said she tried to call me, in 12 days you tried to call me without leaving a single message. Worst experience ever! They made glasses and put the wrong lens in them. Went back in been a month no glasses and you cant get a human on the phone to talk to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!
Quick service and kind employees
Excellent customer service . Took you for s timely fashion . Explained everything to you . Had several options . My only concern is that all the glasses are very conservative . Big frames are in now and they had very few large frames in regular glass wear . They did in sunglasses .

I went to the Annapolis Maryland location. I had a very good experience there. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Hatch helped me and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We sat down to put my prescription in and check out. As we did he went over every step with me. I had lost my glasses and really needed a pair quickly. I went in to get my glasses adjusted and omg. They(Sandi and Leonette) were awsome......awesome. Very professional help me pick some glasses that were beautiful. Store number 304. Satisfied customer!
I have been going here for years for my daughter and I. Over the past year, the customer service has declined terribly. The last time I was there, and my most recent call in to the office, the GM was so incredibly rude not letting me complete a single sentence. I am given different information every time I call there and the wait time is horrendous.
