I absolutely recommend Visionworks in Johnstown! Not only is the staff amazing, but they're super quick! Kasey helped me out so much picking frames, and Michelle helped a bunch too! They are all super down to earth, and it has been an excellent experience.
I absolutely recommend going there, it's been two years since I seen an eye doctor and they were so helpful and so nice, Tara was a big help and helped me pick out glasses that would look good on me, the doctor was so sweet and I couldnt have asked for a better place to go. It didnt even take a full 2 weeks for my glasses to come in and when I went to go get them, Tara adjusted them and made sure they fit my face perfect and wasn't to tight she did a wonderful job I couldnt be more happier with everything and everyone! I went there today and had one of the best experiences I have ever had at an eye doctor the lady that helped me her name was tara she was amazing person very happy and upbeat the whole appointment made me feel comfortable and it was very easy I will definitely be coming here again and again thank you visonworks and tara I really appreciate yall...
Had to return my glasses in July 2017, wrong prescription, and they never fixed my insurance stating I didn’t get the glasses. Now I have to wait another 5 months to get glasses because of the mistake. What a cluster this has turned out to be. Never will return and sure don’t recommend it after this ordeal.
I have to stop and just say that the staff at this visionworks is fantastic. They have gone above and beyond in helping my son with glasses.
