In addition to requesting bi weekly contacts, but receiving a prescription for dailies- I also requested a different brand, however bio true was pushed onto me. My samples to try my new contacts never came before relocating- I was told they would. Also, upon opening the boxes of my new contacts the left & right were labeled incorrectly.
Immediate assistance plus very good analysis and advice and service.
It was easy scheduling an eye appointment with Visionworks and I am very glad Dr Clement’s was able to see me. He did a thorough exam of my eyes and gave what I thought were sound, conservative recommendations. He was also patient throughout the exam and kind, taking time to discuss my exam and answer all my questions. Amber and Paula were also great. Thank you Visionworks for your competent team!
