Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I barely had to wait at any point, and all of my concerns were addressed thoroughly during my exam. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and positive!
I went for a standard eye exam. The women who saw me was very not sure, seemed like she was guessing.or confused. After the exam I asked about contacts and she asked if I wanted to try them. She fitted my eyes for contacts and gave me a pair to try on. Everything 10 ft from me was blurry. My vision decreased by 50% . She was confused and wasn’t sure what to do. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows how amazing Kelly, the manager at Visionworks in Canton, is. I was in an emergency at work when my contact tore, and anyone who wears contacts knows how awful that is. I’m almost a negative 7, so I was practically blind. I had an appointment scheduled for the very next morning, but of course, the rip happened a day too soon.
