They would not fit me in for two minutes with the eye doc to remove a contact lens that was stuck under my eyelid. Instead, they made me wait in discomfort for an hour while they took their appointments. Sometimes you have to be flexible when your client of 20+ years has a semi-emergency. Nit smart business or compassionate.

RecommendedI went to Visionworks yesterday for the first time. Had eye appointment and got setup for contacts/glasses. The staff was super friendly including Dr. Bhandari. I was assisted by Kim and Mia. Mia was wonderful and helped explain everything that my insurance covered (which was almost everything 😁) and then Kim helped me find the perfect pair of glasses.
