I purchased a frame 3 weeks ago. they told me take a week to receive a frame . after a week . The doctor was great. However I've been waiting for my contacts for 30-days. When I called, the lenses for one eye were in, but the other eye wasn't. A ridiculous amount of time to wait (pretty sure I could have bought them at any of the online retailers for far less time.)
