Horrible! Highly dissatisfied with my experience. Had to make at least 6 trips to correct issues with lens defects and in the end it still wasn't resolved. I am never shopping at visionworks again.
Great customer service at this location. Jay is so sweet. She is pleasant and I will be back because of how wonderful she was. Great glasses choices as well.
I went in to pick frames out 15 minutes before closing and even though I was ready they would not process my order because they wanted to close the store. Poor service!
