Horrible, horrible, horrible! Went in to have daughter's eyes examined. Told it would be just a few minutes. Asked if we had insurance (we did) and completed forms for filing claim. After waiting over an hour and watching people walk in and out. When I inquired as to "how much longer"...was told that they see "cash paying customers" first and that our insurance will be verified as soon as they can, but they had to take care of these "people" first. Idiots! Asked them to adjust my frames, and they ruined my lenses. Wouldn't admit to the damage, but still offered me 50% off replacement lenses which would cost me $125. Good luck getting any satisfaction if there's a problem. Stay away!
Try another provider. Davis Vision and On-Site optical are . in collusion to rob you. Take your eyeglass prescription t a different provider.
Perhaps actually care for customers and not sell glasses with only glass in the frames. Admit when you make a mistake and make it right. Just a suggestion - maybe fire Adam.
We just visited Master Eye Associate, to see Dr. Arup K. Chatterjee. They were VERY BAD. We waited 45 minutes. Yes, someone came in after us and was waited on before us. The doctor then sent us across town as follow up to the appointment - to a place that refused to accommodate us. DO NOT GET YOUR GLASSES AT THIS PLACE !!
I always had issues with this ghetto place. They lost my rx. Then gonna charge me $10 for a new one. Then it magically Took like a month to get my contacts. Staff is rude an is very unprofessional, they walk around and act as if they don't have a lobby full of customers that need to be took care of. Its Always a long wait time after a year of terrible service I will not be going here again!
I recently went to this location and had a wonderful exam that cleared my vision with glasses the same day. My glases needed a big change on both my eyes and since it was only a year since my last examine DR Neff said to watch and see if vision changes again cause a big change is sometimes a seen with undiagnosed sugar. She referred me to my families Dr and sure enough I had diabetess and needed to be in hospital BC sugar was relly high. They advertised 2 pair for $150 (new ad says 2 for $89.)When I went there the slick saleswoman said she didn't know anything about the promotion and said the cheapest she could do was $358. I asked how much for just one pair of the "cheapies" and she stated "It would be about the same"... Do you think they work on comission? Already the side piece fell off one so I got out the other pair and while gently cleaning the lenses, one popped right out. My experience with Dr. Neff and store: After taking the time to make an appointment well enough in advance, I arrived at "The Mall" (Probably my first mistake by not visiting a private provider) and realized that my appointment had not been noted properly. From there I had to sign back in for an appt on the spot only to wait for over AN HOUR which put me at the end of the day / near closing time for the mall.
