***BEWARE*** I am so upset this company is a disgrace. I took my child to the one in Springfield, PA and I trusted they knew what they were doing well I was so WRONG! All my child needed was reading glasses and when they were checked by a real doctor come to find out the left lens was a near sighted lens and the right lens was just plain glass! How could they screw up so bad? I’m so angry �! #VisionWorksSucks
Just got back from picking up the contacts I ordered. The lady presented me with two boxes, instead of the six I ordered. I was told that the lady who ordered my contacts only ordered me 2 boxes. After further investigation of the receipt, I was informed she did, in fact, order me 6 boxes but instead of three boxes for each eye, she ordered me 4 for one eye and 2 for the other, yet there was still only 2 boxes in the store. The woman who examined my eyes rushed me out she didn't do the puffs of air or dilate my eyes I was in the room not even 5 minutes her name was Sandra Win . I have an appointment Thursday afternoon somewhere else. She showed me the glasses I walked out
