Very unprofessional .... made the glasses with completely bended frame ...when we denied those ,they reordered the frame but again put the lenses in old frame .....even did not listen carefully nor they were realizing the mistake....wont go back again

She is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining everything to you. She treats you as though you were the only person in the world and you deserved all of her attention. Have been to another one of your stores and left because they made us feel we were bothering them. Thanks Michelle for showing so much concern and being such a help in resolving our problem.
Since it was my very first time getting glasses at a USA store, was an interesting experience. They had different stuff to offer to add to my glasses. Attention was good! 😊
