I had an exam in January that I paid $90 bucks for. I never got my prescription filled because I couldn’t find any frames I liked. My negligence of course. I broke my frames over the weekend and can not see very well without them. So, I came to the store to see if I could get more glasses plus go ahead and get some contacts because my glasses wouldn’t be ready today. I have tried multiple days multiple times to reach an associate live by phone at the Montgomeryville Visionworks store. Yesterday September 29 I tried no less than 12 times throughout the day starting at 11 AM ending at 5:30 PM. What do I have to do to speak with an associate live at that store?
