I went back in to return my glasses under their "Love what you see" guarantee and was told that they could not process it then but to leave the glasses and the receipt and someone would do it by the end of the week. Now, over two weeks later I have not heard from the store nor have I received my money. Now I'm out the glasses and my money!

The frame of my glasses broke at work the other day, and I was so stressed because I need my glasses to drive the train at the MBTA. I called for an appointment , they told me to come in right away to see Patrick, and he fixed them within a 40 minute time frame.
Fantastic place. Got glasses for all eight of us.
