No eye appointment for two years prior to this got multiple texts saying I’m due and then show up and had no app booked. was told insurance wouldn’t cover (blue cross) which should. Multiple family members who have came here have had this experience showing up for apps they were prompted to make to only be told they either weren’t in system or covered.
