I can't say enough. Karen was excellent. Walked through the paperwork and insurance coverage. Karen picked out glasses she thought would be the best fit and turns out that is what I went with. She was very patient and didn't rush my appointment. Karen has great knowledge of the process and store/location.
Overall. Our first time and experience at Vision Works. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were in and out quickly.
