RecommendedYesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Daniel Medema. The associate that worked with me prior to seeing the optometrist — Michael — was fantastic! He helped me select the perfect pair of glasses that were affordable, comfortable, and stylish! He also performed my preliminary exam, and notified me that I had a slight stigmatism in my left eye — which the other optometrist I visited for my previous exam failed to mention. I recently went to Visionworks for an eye exam. The optometrist, Dr. Spoula, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was assisted by Diana, a sweet and helpful optician, who took great care with helping me pick out just the right glasses. She also went to great lengths to check into my insurance coverage for me. Great place. Would refer friends.
Lady named Lisa or Magie, I forget. Middle aged lady with tattoo on her hand. who works upfront is rude and condescending when asked questions. I ask insurance questions because I don't know answers. She answers questions in a tone like she is being bothered. I don't think it is too much to ask how my insurance pays for frames. Apparently she does. She also didn't listen to pretty much anything I said, so I had to repeat myself to her on both visits because She would repeat back something different than what I said. She need... read more
