This place connects me with Abilene vision for eye exam who then sets me up an appointment and wants all kinds of insurance info over the phone and then has me fill out all kinds of crap on line, so I’m thinking,”great I’m finally getting new glasses”. The day before I’m told “oh we’re sorry but our doctor don’t accept your insurance… that’s a real professional office, NOT! What a scam, you want me to pay for an exam that’s covered under my MEDICAL insurance and then you want me to file a claim? Get with it people!
