RecommendedHad my eye exam next door at Dr. Sandoval's and stepped right over to Visionworks for my glasses. Received a huge discount with my VSP insurance. They had a large selection, friendly staff, and quick turn-around. One stop shopping at affordable prices and convenient location in the Mesilla Valley Mall.
They were timely, accurate, polite and helped us more than that if anyone else in Alamogordo. They gave us a goodie bag of things to think about and contact options. Just an overall great experience.
Received my glasses yesterday, I am VERY happy with them. The 60% discount can't be beaten. Esther and the staff are the BEST!

I stopped in to the Visionworks today just to see if they could help me with a nose piece replacement. I didn’t get my glasses there so I wasn’t sure. The customer service representative replaced them for free. Very nice service and they were really fast.
Esther and her staff are always so helpful and friendly! I won't take my family to get glasses anywhere but here. Customer Service makes all the difference!!
