Because I picked a pair of frames out with smaller lenses. When I went to pick up I didn't notice till I got home that the lenses they put in my frames were like windshields! Then shutdown! I'd never go there again. plus the guy who did my glasses was with customer's so some girl just handed me my glasses without checking fit. I can't even see through left eye, thought it was me but it's the lenses.
It was an great experience. Dr Joseph is professional and very clear in his explanation. Sanjidah helped and provided me with the best service.
Lillia was a great help with my contact lens fitting. Dr Joseph is always good and professional. I really recommend this business. Leonard.

The new staff are an excellent addition to this location. Very attentive and accommodating. Once my prescription was ready for pick up, the final fitting made me realize just how much attention to detail that it takes to get the perfect fit. I am very pleased with my new eyewear and will bring some of my old eyewear for a fitting. Highly recommend this location!
Outstanding staff which took care of my problems on the spot. Smart, helpful and courteous staff made it a very positive experience. Strongly recommend it for others and will go back for any other vision needs.
