Perfect experience! I broke my glasses on a Friday and I was worked into the schedule. Everyone in the office was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sandy was wonderful--most thorough eye exam I've ever had! The glasses were ready sooner than promised and have worked perfectly. I am very pleased and highly recommend Visionworks in Houma.

Couldn't give a zero-star review. I treat my glasses worth the upmost care. A strange film started to obstruct my vision, like there was a layer of something being stripped from the lens. The people there did not even look at the absurdity that were the lenses, and said "lenses scratch all the time, don't clean them with your shirt". Had to get the lenses changed a month after I got my new glasses. Over the holiday weekend, a screw fell out of my glasses that holds the lens in. I went in and not only did they replace the missing screw, but they also replaced my temples with more comfortable ones. FOR FREE!! Outstanding customer service.
