This place is a joke lol made an appointment and showed up at the appointment time. I was told my appointment was given away because I didn’t confirm via text message. I told the staff I didn’t get any text messages and I made the appointment and got confirmation why would I need to reconfirm? Anyways, turns out I’m not signed up for text messages so they gave my appointment away anyways even though I never got a text or email or chance to even reconfirm. Waste of time. The eye doctor took his time and explained everything to me.
Overall experience was positive. It took a bit to get engaged by staff but then it flowed fine.
I have been going to Visionworks in The Promenade for 4 years. They are the best!
