Worst customer service, one girl in particular can't remember her name never ever going back again..
Staff was fabulous!!! Very helpful and considerate! My only down side with Vision works is that I had to make several calls to 7 locations to find the exact frame that I wanted.
Be cautious about going to VisionWorks! I went today, I was asked beforehand if I wanted the retinol imaging done, I said no, I would get it done another day, even though I honestly don’t know what it is, but she said it would be $35, so I said I’d do it another time. I guess it was still done anyway even though I said no! Ended up having to pay more than just my copay because they did an extra service I didn’t agree to!
