Worst experience ever Terrible customer service have online appointments for that can’t be done. I even got a follow up email to make sure I remember my appointment, I thought it was nice. Low and behold I arrive to the store and There’s No Doctor on staff and the only thing the associate could say is that there online appointment system is jacked up. Didn’t offer any apologies for the time and money 💰 I wasted coming there during a Pandemic. I’m sure other I glass stores would love to have me and my family money.....

The staff, here, was friendly and helpful. I didn't ever feel rushed to make decisions or feel pressured to accept any upcharge services. The selection of frames was plentiful enough that it made narrowing down my choices difficult (that's good!) Prices are reasonable, too.

Alyssa, the store manager, is one of the most professional, welcoming, and accommodating person you could ever assign to run a store and lead a team. Ashley Lynn Bala was professional and accommodating to my financial "budget". She was descreet and didn't make us feel uncomfortable due to the situation. I left feeling great and absolutely love my frames. I recommend anyone to this location, specifically to see Ms. Bala.
I couldn't be happier with Charles and his team yesterday! One of the arms broke off entirely and could not be reattached! I need the glasses to drive! Charles got one of his team to call all the other stores to see if they had those frames in stock and he also had the optician see if she could fit the lenses into another pair of frames! The optician won out and with some expertise and warming the frame, I now have new glasses! Charles did not charge for the service and also gave me a discount on the frames!
