I went to Visionworks to address a frame measurement problem I have with my glasses and get it fixed. Kai listened to my problem and validated my claim fairly. Today I received my glasses and they were fixed to my satisfaction. Thank you Kai for providing an amazing customer service with a smile and care. Thank you Visionworks for having good customer service.
Set an appointment for 515 i’ll see you for 45 minutes and then they try to charge you twice as much for your appointment all of a sudden from $20. It goes to $120. Do not go here avoid this place at all cost
My experience at Visionworks in McKinney was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout the entire visit. I was warmly welcomed with a smile upon arrival, and that same courtesy remained consistent until the conclusion of my appointment. Their attentiveness and commitment to customer service were truly appreciated.
Kai took her time to explain my vision insurance plan benefits and available coverages and options . This allowed me to make a well informed decision on my frames and lenses of choice. Very welcoming and professional. I truly appreciate the service and help I received.
Went to the store yesterday and had greatest experience! It was quick and easy and I was done in less then an hour with both eye exam next door and getting my pair of glasses ordered with a help of Nelly - very sweet and helpful, she was very mindful of my time, very welcoming and helpful. Thanks so much!
