Since February 2025, my experience here has been exceptional. The management and staff consistently demonstrate outstanding customer service, actively listening and providing effective assistance. I highly recommend this establishment. Great customer service and great staff.
Kai and Sarah are great, they helped my fiancé get the perfect glasses and they came exactly as described.
This place is more than a glasses place it makes you feel more like home. Not only were they patient I received an amazing deal. Thank you to everyone here you guys are AMAZING
I took my son in here a week ago. It was only one lady working. She did not measure my son for his glasses or anything. She just ordered them. Usually they make sure they fit your head properly and all. I don’t know what happen that day, but they lost a customer. I been going for years and never experienced anything like I did on Saturday.
