This review is more to do with process than with the staff at this store. Staff in general are really good. We have gotten 2 glasses for my younger kid here and both of them ended with issues. Staff communicate very well and are attentive but little effective comes out of it. 1. Collection for kids glasses with specific sizes are extremely less. So we ended up compromising on exact fit.
