Stay away from Vision Works !! Pathetic Service with Unprofessional staff !! Got my kids glasses prescription filled with Visionworks Mckinney Tx and within couple of days lens fell off, I noticed that lens was not cut to fit frame and there was squeaking sound when gentle pressing frame. There was a gap in frame and lens. I took it to store for repair and store staff was very quick in answering that we cannot help with because its Texas weather which has caused frame to expand (come on are you kidding me). Great friendly service. They work with your insurance and much better selection of glasses and sun glasses than my optometrist. Saved some money on top of it! I will be back!
