I had a fantastic experience at my recent eye exam! The doctor was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The ladies at the front desk were equally amazing, providing top notch customer service that made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for their professional and friendly approach!
I LOVE the main Optometrist lady, she’s absolutely kind and the best but the rest of the staff act like they hate you, that and every time I visited they sound like they hate their job and a lot of the staff in front of the store are on their phones or sound annoyed when they need to help you, they don’t greet you or sound genuine. It was very quick and the doctor was so nice and answered all my questions but the girl who was supposed to help me with the glasses in front had a little bit of attitude and make us wait a lot I ended up buying mines at Walmart
I went to 91st and Northern for my eye exam… didn’t see any glasses I like AT ALL, was advised this location MIGHT have a better selection. I came here the next day and had a mediocre experience. I was not greeted and when I asked for help it felt like I was inconveniencing their day. I found a pair of glasses and the gentleman “helping me” was no help at all.
