If I could give a - number I would. Manager awesome, assistant mgr., useless and makes you feel like you are bothering him. I’m not the only one complaining about the same human. I will never use visionworks ever again after I get my contacts that are already paid for or I’d be done. Useless
We took my 4 year old here for an exam, and they were unable to help us at all. I asked prior to making the appointment if they could accommodate a 4 year old, and they assured me that they handle young children all the time. My son was very well behaved and trying his best to understand their directions, but they didn’t explain anything at an age appropriate level, so he was confused and not doing exactly what they wanted. Waste of time save the time and go somewhere else
Got contacts here and the prescription looks blurry. Unfortunately this was a waste of money...
