Prescription was not correct first time around. Had to schedule another appt to go back in for recheck and send glasses back to lab to be remade. When they returned, the case that went with my frames was not sent back with them. When I asked what happened to it/if I could get it back, store associate seemed at a loss. Also note: anti-reflective coating is a large upcharge ($85 after insurance, in my case). Most opthalmologists include it for free.

If I could give a - number I would. Manager awesome, assistant mgr., useless and makes you feel like you are bothering him. I’m not the only one complaining about the same human. I will never use visionworks ever again after I get my contacts that are already paid for or I’d be done. Useless

We took my 4 year old here for an exam, and they were unable to help us at all. I asked prior to making the appointment if they could accommodate a 4 year old, and they assured me that they handle young children all the time. My son was very well behaved and trying his best to understand their directions, but they didn’t explain anything at an age appropriate level, so he was confused and not doing exactly what they wanted.
