I was so excited to come here because it’s been 10 years since I have last had glasses and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I even had to leave. I didn’t even get to pick out my glasses. The doctor was amazing but the gentleman that was sitting upfront was horribly rude. Every person I interacted with was so nice and polite. Dr Sara was delightful, the eye exam was explained step by step. My new go to place.
BEWARE--HOLD ON TO YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPTS! My husband and I went to this facility in October 2025. Before you leave the optometrist's office you have to pay your copay and before your glasses are ordered you need to pay your copay. We recently received bills for the copays we already paid and we are now in a situation of having to prove we paid our copays. Unfortunately the services provided were also lacking in quality...my husband had to have his glasses redone because he could not read with them.
Clean office. Really wonderful doctor.
