Traveling to Williamsburg, VA one of the lenses of my glasses fell out - I saved the lens but the screw was lost. The frames were old but I needed the lens replaced so I could continue my trip. Despite it being close to closing time I called the Williamsburg Visionworks and spoke to Shantel who said to come over. I got there a bit past closing but Shantel was waiting, unlocked the door and quickly replaced the lens (and urged me to get new frames when I could). I love the selection of glasses at Visionworks. The staff are always friendly and helpful. You are never rushed to make a decision and they offer lots of great deals and add ons.
Visionworks has a great selection of frames & the staff is excellent
My family and I came in from out of town. Brought my 6 y/o grandson in to see if they could adjust his glasses. Matthew helped us and was amazing. He really took his time and was so nice. Thank you again for everything you did Matthew.
