I bought glasses here for my daughter less than a month ago and the arm detached from the glasses. I took them back today and was told that they couldn't be fixed and that 'I didn't buy a warranty' so I could 'buy new glasses for 40% off'!! First of all, who doesn't cover their product that is less than a month old and worth hundreds of dollars? Manager, Sandra and Assistant manager Kasey were very aggressive and both verbally attacked me in the Clifton Park, NY location yesterday, 4/10/23. I checked in and took a seat. I was approached by the Assistant manager 40 minutes later and asked me "Who are you? And why are you here?" I answered her. She walked away. Awful customer service from the manager,Justin. Disrespectful and sarcastic. Staff forgot to place order for glasses, after calling, they placed the order, but then we received the wrong glasses. Justin would not answer questions, and talked over anything we said. Will not be returning.
HORRIBLE SERVICE LEAVE WAITING FOR EVER ON PHONE. VERY RUDE. ANSWER TO WHY NO OR ORDER AS OF YET RESPONSE: THAT IS JUST THEY WAY IT IS. ALSO NOT PART OF THE PROGRAM????? It was an awful experience. It was 3 hours before we finally got out of there. Long wait times for exam and a longer wait time for fitting. Well into a week and a half and no glasses yet.
HIPPA & State Law Violations. Poor customer service. Poor supervision. Not patient centric. I reported two complaints (1/11/23 & 1/12/23), via the corporate customer service line, to the customer service representatives and both times I was told I would receive a call from the regional manager within 48-hours. It has been 4-days and I am still waiting for that call. I tried to explain to a male employee, who seemed to be very uncomfortable, that I didn't have copays with Anthem. He ignored me, and I had to enter an amount on my credit card. I had to email a screenshot of my agent 's email to customer service.
Told glasses would be in in 14 days or less. Going on 4th week. Can't get a straight answer.
