DISHONEST AND POOR SERVICE!! I went to Visiowork the one in Pooler GA 31322 on 8/4, and had the eye exam and bought a pair of glasses. The brand is Ray ban and the price is $250. As I confirmed with them that I will get the brand new one. On 8/7, they sent me a text to pick up. I will NEVER set foot inside the Vision Works store in Pooler AGAIN. Your customer service was at the very least, non-existent. Your counter person and greeter had the personality of a prison guard at Rikers Island. As she snapped out orders to remain outside in the freezing ass cold wind. No other option was even thought of.
