DISHONEST AND POOR SERVICE!! I went to Visiowork the one in Pooler GA 31322 on 8/4, and had the eye exam and bought a pair of glasses. The brand is Ray ban and the price is $250. As I confirmed with them that I will get the brand new one. On 8/7, they sent me a text to pick up. I will NEVER set foot inside the Vision Works store in Pooler AGAIN. Your customer service was at the very least, non-existent. Your counter person and greeter had the personality of a prison guard at Rikers Island. As she snapped out orders to remain outside in the freezing ass cold wind. No other option was even thought of. The person who waited on us during this time of Pandemic was great helping my husband with choices of 🤓 glasses. She did a great job. But after waiting about two weeks we were able to pick them up. When we arrived a representative met us at the door. Gave my husband some print to read which was good., the glasses were given and she handed us an eyeglass case and closed and locked the door. I had the best experience with the staff at this Visionworks location in Pooler GA. The doctor understood my needs and was quick and professional. India helped me get my purchase of sunglasses taken care of. She was so helpful and made my choices so easy. The atmosphere in the store was very relaxing and made me as a customer feel important. Don't always go by a few bad reviews: After reading some of the bad reviews about the employees at this locations, I was sceptical of going but decided to give them a try and glad I did! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were very pleasant and helpful. The doctor took his time with me and the exam and made sure I understood everything about the results. The ladies up front were kind and kept asking if there was anything they could help me with. I definitely recommend them to others!
I stopped by Visionworks in Pooler to get an advertised special on glasses. I was greeted by India. The frame selection at this location was amazing. Fantastic customer service by India. Kudos!
I have made 4 trips to get my glasses. Prescription in one eye was off & new lens had to be ordered. My glasses/vision is still not clear & I will have to make another trip to try to get get glasses where I can see. Lens were messed up today when being cut. I paid over $500 for eye glasses and prescription sunglasses. I am p.o. to say the least.
The team the the Pooler VisionWorks are absolutely amazing. I came into town for my engagement photos and left my contacts at home. They fit me in ASAP knowing I was on a tight schedule and got me out the door with new contacts to wear in less than 40 mins. They handled all my paperwork and had the doctor in with me right away. Everyone was so extremely friendly and accommodating. I can not recommend this office enough!
