Not following safe practices for COVID-19 spread. Far too many people in waiting areas, grease spots from others visible on machines they expect you to put your face on. Those administering the tests are not medical professionals. Patronizing tone when you advocate for your own health. Try to up sell you on medical eye testing you do not need just to bill insurance. Save time and just see an Opthamologist.
RecommendedI cannot say enough about the staff at this location. This was my first visit and I was impressed on all levels. They were a shining example of customer service and it was refreshing! They were busy, running...literally...to serve customers quickly and even though they were stressed, they did not show anything but patience and kindness to the customers. Great job ladies!!!

Amazing customer service and welcoming staff! Mrs. Cathy checked me in promptly, greeted me with a warm smile, and even assisted when I couldn’t find my insurance information. I am a first time visitor and Dr. Lewis answered every concern I had about my vision. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
Brought my prescription in and got all I needed in my glasses for a good price and with ease and convenience. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Lewis is awesome! I needed a change from my last eye doctor's office. His staff was extremely rude with a very sneaky no return or exchange policy on any pair of glasses. I spoke to Dr. Lewis about my last encounter with my previous doctor and she was very attentive. She explained how my eyes changed and went into great detail about my new prescriptions for three pair of glasses. Greatful customer!! I've been a longtime customer of EyeMasters, when it changed to Visionworks I made the choice to stay because of Ms Kathy, Dr Lewis and Dr Johnson. Ms. Kathy make my visit a welcoming one. She's always making sure that you are happy with your visit. Her and the two doctors are amazing when it comes to customer service!! Excellence I just came back from my appt. and I had the best experience from my doctor (Dr. Kimberly Lewis and her coordinator Ms. Kathy Jones). They were very professional and caring, I was very comfortable while I was in there care.. I would recommend that everyone go to Visionworks and even Ms. Pat was so friendly, she made feel like I was talking to my best friend.
I took a chance..... I went into the stiore hoping I would be able to get glasses before leaving on a trip. Of course, I had waited too long but took a chance. I was greeted by Robert, explained what I needed and how soon. He asked to see my script for lenses and checked their inventory. He then introduced me to Ms. Pat to assist me in frame selection and complete measurements for ordering. She was extremely helpful!
